The backbone of every security, IT, and AV system is the cable. We install BICSI-aligned structured cabling — Cat6, Cat6A, single-mode and multi-mode fiber, and RG-6/RG-59 coax — for offices, retail, restaurants, and multi-tenant commercial buildings across NYC.
Our team handles new construction rough-in, occupied-space retrofits with minimal tenant disruption, rack relocations, and data center moves. Every job includes labeled patch panels, documented cable plant, and Fluke certification testing on request.
For new builds, we coordinate with your GC, electrician, and architect from the point of rough-in — pulling conduit, placing floor boxes, and terminating at the IDF/MDF so your IT vendor walks into a ready-to-configure rack on move-in day.

Cat6 supports 1 Gbps at 100m and 10 Gbps at up to 55m. Cat6A supports 10 Gbps at full 100m. For most NYC offices under 5,000 sq ft, Cat6 is sufficient. For new builds, dense VoIP/Wi-Fi 6E deployments, or tenant requirements demanding 10 GbE, we recommend Cat6A.
Yes. We install single-mode OS2 and multi-mode OM3/OM4 fiber backbones between IDFs, building entry to MDF, and cross-building links. Fusion-spliced terminations, OTDR tested, LC/SC connector options.
Yes. We routinely work nights and weekends in occupied commercial buildings — Wall Street banks, Midtown law firms, Brooklyn tech offices. We coordinate with building management for freight elevator access and after-hours HVAC.
